(SASCO) announces the resignation of board member Dr. Azzam Bin Mohammed Al-Dakhil (Independent Member) on first of February, 2015 from the Board of Directors due to issuance of the Holy Royal Decree on 29th of January, 2015 to be appointed as Minister of Education in the Kingdom. The Board of Directors has approved the resignation on 2nd of February, 2015, and effected from the date of approval. The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to his Excellency Dr. Azzam Bin Mohammed Al Dakhil on his efforts that contributed to the many achievements during his period of membership in Board of SASCO and wish him all the best and more success. This will be announced later for the appointment of the alternate member to complete the members of Board after getting the required approvals from the competent authorities and presented to the general assembly of shareholders..
