Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) announces the Resignation and Appointment of Board Member 4008 SACO -0.49 % 1437/02/11 23/11/2015 08:01:23 Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) announces that the Board Member Mr. Samoual Abdulah Baksh (Non-Executive) has submitted his resignation from his position to the Board of Directors on 21-11-2015 with effect from 22-11-2015 due to the personal reasons. The Board has approved the resignation on 22/11/2015. The Board has appointed Mr. talal Mohammed Baksh as a board member (Non-executive) effective Sunday 22th Nov 2015 for the remaining period as a replacement of the above mentioned resigned board member. This appointment will be approved in the forthcoming General Assembly Meeting. Mr. Talal Mohammed Baksh holds both bachelor and master degrees in engineering and Business Administration from (1990) and has over twenty years of experience in Banking.
