تعلن شركة الاسمنت العربية عن أستقالة عضو مجلس الأدارة 3010 أسمنت العربية -0.80 % 1435/05/19 20/03/2014 09:14:44 تعلن شركة الاسمنت العربية أن عضو مجلس الادارة الدكتور عدنان عبدالفتاح (مستقل) قد تقدم باستقالته من منصبه الى مجلس الادارة بتاريخ 19-03-2014 وتم القبول الاستقالة من مجلس الادارة بالتمرير مساء يوم الاربعاء 19-03-2014 على ان تسري الاستقالة اعتبارا من تاريخ 19-03-2014 حيث تعود اسباب الاستقالة الى ظروفه الخاصة لا تتحمل أي من هيئة السوق المالية ولا تداول السعودية أي مسؤولية عن محتويات هذا الإفصاح، ولا تؤكد على دقته أو اكتماله، وتخلي مسؤوليتها صراحةً عن أيّ خسارة تنتج من جراء نشره، أو عن الاعتماد على أيّ جزء منه. كما يتحمل المصدر منفرداً المسؤولية كاملة عن دقة المعلومات الواردة في الإفصاح، ويقر بأنه اتخذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة -بناءً على ما لديه من معلومات وحقائق- للتحقق عدم وجود أي معلومات أو حقائق غير مضمنة في الإفصاح قد يتسبب إغفالها في جعل الإفصاح مضللاً أو ناقصاً أو غير دقيق مشاركة
