Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company announces the Resignation and Appointment of Board Member 2350 SAUDI KAYAN 0.57 % 1434/10/29     05/09/2013 09:05:38 Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company announces that the Board Member Mr. Abdullah Khalifa Al- Buainain (Non-executive) (non-independent) has submitted his resignation from his position to Board of Directors on 04-09-2013 with effect from 04-09-2013 due to personal reasons. Moreover the Board of Directors on 04-09-2013 accepted the resignation and the appointed Mr. Turki Al-Hamdan as a Board Member (Non-executive) (non-independent), This appointment will be presented to the coming general assembly meeting for approval. The Board of Directors expressed sincere thanks and gratitude to Abdullah Khalifa Al Buainain for his efforts and effective contribution during his tenure as a board member. Turki Al Hamdan has a vast working experience of more than twenty years during which he held several leadership positions in SABIC and private sector companies. He is a graduate from King Saud University (KSU) with a Bachelor s degree in Engineering obtained in 1993. He received his MS in engineering from King Abdul Aziz University (KAAU) in 1999. Later on he got his Executive MBA degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Dhahran in 2012.
