The Savola Group Announces the resignation of A member of the Board of Directors 2050 SAVOLA GROUP 0.31 % 1437/05/02     11/02/2016 15:54:53 Savola Group would like to announce its Board of directors acceptance of the resignation of Mr. Amin Mohammed Amin Shaker (Independent Director) from the Savola Group Board of Directors on 11 Feb. 2016. Mr. Amin Shaker resigned on 10 Feb. 2016. His resignation is attributed to personal commitments and will be effective as of 11 Feb. 2016. In this connection, the Savola Group Chairman and the Board Members, extend their sincere thanks and appreciations to Mr. Shaker for his efforts exerted during his office term of membership in the Savola Group Board of Directors. It is worthy to mention, that the Savola Group will announce later the person who will replace Mr. Shaker in vacant seat in the Board membership after his resignation; the formalities will be finalized as per the regulations.
