Savola Group announces the appointment of Vice-Chairman of the Board 2050 SAVOLA GROUP 0.15 % 1438/08/11     07/05/2017 08:01:33 Savola Group is pleased to announce the decision of its Board of Directors on its meeting held on 4 May 2017 appointing Mr. Badr Abdullah Al-Issa (non-executive member) as Vice-Chairman of the Board based on the Compensation and Nomination Committee recommendation, effective 19/04/2017 until the end of the current office term of the Board, ending on 30/06/2019. It's worth mentioning that Mr. Bader Al Issa holds an MBA from Rice University in the United States and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is also a Board Member in a number of joint stock companies such as Al-Marai, Banque Saudi Fransi, and Dur Hospitality beside his membership in Savola Board of Directors since 10/08/2011. The board members wished Mr. al Issa all the best in his new position.
