(Tharwah) announces that its Board of Directors, by resolution dated 03/07/1447H (corresponding to 23/12/2025G), approved the acceptance of the resignation of Mr. Abdullah bin Mardi Al-Zahrani from the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective 01/01/2026G, at his request to focus on his supervisory and strategic role and business development in his capacity as Managing Director, while assigning day-to-day executive management to the new Chief Executive Officer. He will continue to serve on the Board as Managing Director. Dr. Al-Harthi holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, USA.
