In reference to Saudi Enaya's letter addressed to SAMA dated on 17-02-2016 regarding appointing Ms. Al Dana Khaled Al Juffali as a board member (non-executive), the company received SAMA's approval letter dated on 22-03-2016 Ref: 371000066687 dated 13-06-1437H in that regard.Ms. Al Dana Al Juffali holds a Master degree in Business Administration and Management and has held different positions in Local and International Companies. This appointment will be presented to shareholders at the earliest AGM for approval.
