He also accumulated 19 years of experience in leading positions in top tier companies in the United Kingdom and is currently the Regional Chief Financial Officer of UK and International in RSA Insurance Group. The Board Decision is not considered as final and this appointment will be presented to the next Shareholders General Assembly for approval.
