The Board has approved this resignation on 09/03/1439H corresponding to 27/11/2017G and it will take effect from 09/03/1439H corresponding to 27/11/2017G. The resignation of Mr. Khalid Abdulaziz Alhamdan is due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors has also issued a Board resolution by circulation on 09/03/1439H corresponding to 27/11/2017G including the appointment of Dr. Saleh Hamad Alshinifi as an Independent Board Member starting from 09/03/1439H corresponding to 27/11/2017G to replace Mr. Khalid Abdulaziz Alhamdan. Dr. Saleh Hamad Alshinifi is a Saudi National who held number of leading positions as a board and audit committee member in a number of major companies and Saudi banks. In addition, he has been a board member in various professional accounting and auditing bodies in Saudi Arabia. The Board Decision is not considered as final and this appointment will be presented to the next Shareholders General Assembly for approval. The Board of Directors would also like to extend its appreciation to the valuable contribution of Mr. Khalid Abdulaziz Alhamdan during his Board membership over the past nearly 9 years.
