He has an extensive track record in audit committee leadership, having served as Chairman or Member of the Audit Committees of leading organizations such as Riyadh Bank, Savola Group, Herfy Food Services, and Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Company. Mr. Babrouk holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cairo University and a Master’s degree in Auditing from Ain Shams University. In addition, he has obtained several diplomas in Islamic Studies, Business Administration, and Computer Science. He is also a Partner and Co-founder of TAWAZON CPAs. He serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee at AlQasr Development & Investment, in addition to other board and committee roles related to audit and risk oversight. He holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (SOCPA), VAT Specialist, and the Insurance Foundations Certificate (IFCE).
