Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co. announces the Appointment of CEO 8240 CHUBB -1.45 % 1438/07/05     02/04/2017 15:39:10 Further to the announcement dated 09-03-2017 Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company announces that the Board of Directors approved in its resolution by circulation dated 2-4-2017 the appointment of Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdul Kareem El Khereiji as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer effective 01-06-2017. Mr. Abdulaziz is currently holding Managing Director position of the company since 2011, has more than 15 years experience in insurance, and holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in 2000 and several professional certificates specialized in insurance. It is worth mentioning that the Board agreed to the retirement request of current Chief Executive Officer Mr. Vijay Raghavan effective 31-05-2017 as announced on 09-03-2017, yet the Company shall continue benefiting from his deep knowledge and experience in insurance as the Board has appointed him Senior Advisor and Board Secretary effective 01-06-2017.
