Announces Resignation of a Board Member 8180 ALSAGR INSURANCE 0.90 % 1443/09/12     13/04/2022 08:26:46 Introduction Al-Saqr Cooperative Insurance Company announces receiving the resignation of the member of the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Risk Committee, and the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Khalid bin Abdulhamid AlShuwaier (independent member) as of 11/09/1443 corresponding to 12/04/2022, for the reasons described in the reasons for resignation clause. The resignation was accepted by the Chairman of the Board of Directors on 11/09/1443 corresponding to 12/04/2022, provided that it will take effect from the date of the resignation. The company will take measures by notifying the supervisory authorities of the resignation.
