Announces Resignation of a Board Member 8180 ALSAGR INSURANCE 1.00 % 1443/09/12     13/04/2022 16:33:24 Introduction Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company announces receiving the resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Executive Committee Mr. Fahad bin Abdul Rahman Al-Turki (Non-Executive Member) starting from 12/09/1443 corresponding to 13/04/2022 and it will be effective from its date for the reasons stated in the reasons clause. The company will take measures by notifying the supervisory authorities of the resignation. In addition to announcing at a later time the measures will be taken in implementation of article 70 of the companies law. Deliberately weaken oversight over the performance of the committees emanating from the board, by not attending regularly, which leads to disruption of the meetings of the committees emanating from the board of directors. d. Their refusal to approve the remuneration and compensation policy of the Board of Directors. e. Non-compliance with the minimum meeting of the Executive Committee during the year 2021 due to the reluctance of their representatives to attend. 2. Their repeated demands to dismiss the Chairman of the Board without any justification or legitimate reasons.
