The resignation will be effective as of July 1, 2025, or upon obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities for the company’s nominated candidate to assume the role of Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee, whichever comes first. Mr. Saud Al-Arifi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Board members and extended his sincere wishes for their continued success.
