Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company Announces Resignation of Board Vice Chairman 8060 WALAA 0.00 % 1439/11/20 02/08/2018 08:04:39 Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company announces resignation of Board Vice Chairman Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Othman (non-executive) due to personal reasons. Resignation was submitted to Board of Directors on 1/8/2018 which was accepted by the Board on 1/8/2018. This resignation is effective as from 1/8/2018. Mr. Abdullah Al Othman membership for the current Board term started on 26/5/2016. Board will later announce name of nominated member substitute, after obtaining approval of the supervisory authorities on the appointment.
