Salama Cooperative Insurance Co announces the Resignation of Board Member. 8050 SALAMA -0.63 % 1435/11/13 08/09/2014 16:17:12 Salama Cooperative Insurance Co announces that the Board Member Mr. Faisal Mustafa Alkurdi (Non executive) has submitted his resignation from his position to Board of Directors on 08-09-2014 with effect from 08-09-2014 due to personal reasons and committments and the Board of Directors have accepted his resignation vide circular resolution no. TM 3/2014 dated 08-09-2014. The Chairman and Board members gave thanks and appreciation to Mr. Faisal Mustafa Alkurdi for his contribution during the period of membership.
