Moreover the Board of Directors approved the resignation on 12-01-2017 of Mr.Hugues de Roquette Buisson and accepted the appointment of Mr. Antoine Jean Issa as Board Member (Non-Executive)representing Allianz France SE, starting from 12-01-2017. This appointment will be presented to the coming general assembly meeting for approval.The company represented by the board of directors would like to thank Mr.Hugues de Roquette Buisson for his valuable contribution during the period in which he was a member in the board of directors.It is worth mentioning that Mr. Antoine Issa has a bachelor degree in civil engineering and a masters degree in finance.
