Announces Resignation and Appointment of a Board Member 6040 TADCO -0.58 % 1447/09/22     11/03/2026 08:03:44 Introduction Tabuk Agricultural Development Company announces that Mr. Majid Ahmed Ibrahim Alsuwaigh, a Member of the Board of Directors (Independent Member), has submitted his resignation on 10/03/2026G (corresponding to 21/09/1447H) at his own request due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors approved the resignation effective from the date of the Board meeting held on the morning of Wednesday, 11/03/2026G (corresponding to 22/09/1447H). It is worth noting that Mr. Majid Alsuwaigh had served as a member of the Board of Directors in the company during previous board terms from 01/07/2021 until the date of his resignation, during which he also served as Chairman of the Board from 03/09/2023 until 12/08/2025.
