Announces Resignation and Appointment of a Board Member 4320 ALANDALUS -0.71 % 1446/04/06     09/10/2024 09:54:55 Introduction Alandalus Property Co. announces the resignation of Board Member Mr. Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Judaie (Independent Member), who submitted his resignation on Sunday dated 06-10-2024 AD, due to the loss of his independent status as a board member, and one of the impediments to independence was applied, which will consequently affect the minimum level of independence of the Board Members. The Board of Directors approved this resignation by circulation on 05/04/1446 AH corresponding to 08/10/2024 AD, with the resignation being effective until the end of the workday on Tuesday dated 08-10-2024 AD. In this regard, the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors would like to extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Judaie for his blessed efforts during his membership on the Board, with best wishes for his future success.
