Throughout his career, he has held several executive and leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, Dr. Alyahya served as the Chief Executive Officer of AlRajhi United Real Estate, where he led the development and management of a diversified portfolio of residential, hospitality, infrastructure, and mixed-use projects. He also oversaw a number of strategic acquisitions and successfully concluded several partnerships and agreements with both public and private sector entities. Previously, Dr. Alyahya held senior leadership positions at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, Osoul Integrated Real Estate Company (formerly Rayadah Investment Company), and the Public Pension Agency, where he contributed to the management and delivery of several landmark real estate developments across the Kingdom. Dr. Alyahya holds a Ph.D. in Project Management from the Queensland University of Technology (Australia), a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Griffith University, a Diploma in Public Administration from the Australian Institute of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University.
