Alkhaleej Training and Education announces the resignation of a Board Member. 4290 ALKHALEEJ TRNG -0.44 % 1447/08/28     16/02/2026 15:38:50 Introduction Alkhaleej Training and Education Company announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 16/02/2026, approved the acceptance of the resignation submitted by Dr. Abdulkarim bin Hamad Abdulkarim Al-Najeedi from his membership on the Board of Directors (Independent Member), as well as from his membership on the Executive Committee. This resignation was submitted at his request on 15/02/2026 and included his desire to resign for personal reasons. The Board of Directors and the Company extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Abdulkarim bin Hamad Abdulkarim Al-Najeedi for his dedicated efforts and valuable contributions during his tenure on the Board and its committees, wishing him continued success in his future endeavors.
