(“Al-Akaria”) (The Company) on 28 May 2024 regarding the resignation of the CEO/Managing Director of the Company Mr. Ibrahim Alalwan. The Company would like to announce to its esteemed shareholders that the Board of Directors has assigned Mr. Khaled Al-Suhaybani, to the CEO position in addition to his current duties on 31 July 2024 and the effective date will be on 1 August 2024.
