Announcement Regarding the Resignation and Appointment of the Managing Director (CEO) of the Company 4014 EQUIPMENT HOUSE -0.19 % 1447/01/06     01/07/2025 08:38:36 Introduction Scientific & Medical Equipment House Co. announces the Board of Directors’ resolution by circulation dated 05-01-1447H (corresponding to 30-06-2025G), approving the resignation of Mr. Barakat bin Saud bin Mohammed Al-Arifi – Managing Director (CEO) – from his position as Managing Director and CEO of the Company, effective as of the end of the working day on Monday, 30-06-2025G, upon his request due to personal circumstances, while he will continue to serve as a Non-Executive Member of the Company’s Board of Directors. The Board of Directors expressed its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Barakat bin Saud Al-Arifi for his leadership, remarkable role, and outstanding efforts during his tenure with the Company, wishing him continued success in both his personal and professional life. The Board of Directors also resolved by circulation on 05-01-1447H (corresponding to 30-06-2025G) to appoint Dr. Faisal bin Hawas bin Farhan Al-Atawi as the Company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective as of 06-01-1447H (corresponding to 01-07-2025G), in recognition of his distinguished leadership experience, professional competence, full knowledge of the Company’s operations, and his significant role in achieving various accomplishments in favor of the Company.
