L'azurde announces resignation of a Member of the Board of Directors and the appointment of another Member. 4011 LAZURDE -0.51 % 1439/03/18     06/12/2017 15:55:41 L'azurde announces that the Board of Directors accepted on Tuesday November 5th 2017, the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee to appoint Mr. Adel Abdullah Saleh Al-Maiman as a non-executive Board Member and member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee. This appointment, effective from November 6th 2017, will be final upon the approval at the first Ordinary General Assembly meeting. Mr. Adel Abdullah Saleh Al-Maiman is currently occupied EVP-Head of Treasury Sales, Treasury Group at National Commercial Bank Riyadh, a Saudi listed Company. Adel works in financial and banking services since 2000 and has more than 10 years in leading managerial positions at global banks and financial institutions. He holds a bachelor degree in finance from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals in 2000 and Advanced Management Program in 2016 from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School in USA. At the same meeting, the Board of Directors accepted the resignation letter of Mr. Wassim Mohammed Assem Al Khatib (a non-executive Director) dated November 27, 2017 from the Board membership and all board committees for personal reasons. The resignation is effective on November 6th 2017.
