The Company clarifies that it reserves its position regarding the justifications stated in the resignation letter, which represent the personal views of the resigning member only, and do not reflect the actual status of the Company’s operations or the practices of its Board of Directors. Such justifications are not based on any documented statutory objections or reservations recorded in the minutes of the Board or its committees, nor on any observations issued by the external auditor or the relevant regulatory authorities.
