Al Hammadi announces the Resignation and Appointment of Board Member and the Audit Committee 4007 ALHAMMADI -0.66 % 1439/05/18     04/02/2018 08:00:11 Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment announces that the Board Member Mr. Abdulaziz bin Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Rebdi (an independent member) resigned from the Board of Directors and Audit Committee on 31 January 2018 due to personal reasons, which has been accepted by the Board, by circulation, on 1 February 2018. The resignation shall take effect from 1 February 2018. The Board of Directors hereby expresses its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Abdulaziz bin Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Rebdi for his valuable role and effective participation during his period as a member in the Board of Directors. In addition, the Board of Directors approved by circulation on February 1 2018, the appointment of a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Aziz bin Mohammed Al-Qahtani as an independent member of the Board and a member of the Audit Committee, replacing the resigned member as of February 1 2018 until the end of the current term. This approval is not final as it will be presented to the General Assembly of the company in its first meeting for voting. Mr. Aziz bin Mohammed Al-Qahtani holds a bachelor and a master degrees from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and has held many executive positions and has significant experience in listed and private companies.
