Algafari (non-executive member) which was submitted to the board on 13/03/2017G due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors accepted the resignation and to be effective from the acceptance date on 14/3/2017G. The Board of Directors also decided to appoint Eng. Abdullah Al Aldubakhi as a Board Member (Independent Member), and his membership is to be effective from 14/03/2017G. Noting that this appointment is not final and will be presented to the upcoming General Assembly meeting for ratification. The Company Chairman and the Board Members expressed their thanks and appreciations to Mr. Yousef M. Algafari for his efforts during his term of membership in the Board. It is worthy to be mentioned that Eng. Abdullah Ali Al Dubaikhi, holds B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering from KFUPM in Saudi Arabia in 1986G, and the master degree in business administration from Oxford University United Kingdom in 2011G, in addition to a variety of practical experiences.
