Saudi Cable Company announces the Appointment of Board Member 2110 SAUDI CABLE 0.63 % 1434/11/12     18/09/2013 16:23:50 Saudi Cable Company announces its Board Resolution No. 2013/1 dated 12/11/1434 H corresponding to 18/9/2013G, adopted by circulation, appointing His Excellency Eng. Abdullah M.Noor Rehaimi as a member of the Company s Board of Directors an independent member with effect from today 12/11/1434 H corresponding to 18/9/2013G up to the end of the current term of the Board which is 2/9/2014G in place of Dr. Waheeb A. Linjawi who had resigned. The appointment of the new member shall be placed before the Shareholders General Assembly at its next meeting for approval as per the regulations. It may be pointed out that His Excellency Eng. Abdulla Rahimi has worked with the Saudi Industrial Development Fund for over 25 years during which he rose to the position of Deputy General Manager of the Fund before the issue of a Royal Decree appointing him as the President of the Civil Aviation Authority; besides, he is a member of the Board of Directors of a number of companies prominent among them being the National Commercial Bank.
