Fayez as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company as of 07/10/1444 AH (01/02/ 2023 AD) for one year based on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee and the approval by the Company Board of Directors on 07/09/1444 H (01/31/2023 AD).
