Announces about the Amendment of the Executive Management Structure and Appointment of a CEO 2110 SAUDI CABLE 0.57 % 1446/05/04     06/11/2024 16:25:08 Introduction Referring to the announcement of Saudi Cable Company on Tadawul website on 01/02/1446 corresponding to 05/08/2024 related to the cancellation of the executive management structure, the company announces the issuance of the Board of Directors’ resolution on 04/05/1446 AH corresponding to 06/11/2024 AD amending of the structure of the executive management by adding the position of the CEO and appointing Mr. Khaled bin Asaad Khashogji as CEO of the company, effective from 04/05/1446 AH corresponding to 06/11/2024 AD in addition to his duties as Managing Director and wishes success and guidance to the appointed CEO. During his career: Mr. Khalid has distinguished himself with successful records throughout his career and has held several leadership positions and board memberships in various companies such as Saudi Cable Company, Canadian Caline Capital Company, Thimar Holding Company “a public shareholding company”, Midal Cable Company in Bahrain, and Managing Director of Saudi Cable Company. He also previously held the position of Executive Director of Oak Company. Mr. Khalid was also a former member of the Saudi British Business Council, the Saudi French Business Council, the Saudi Canadian Business Council, and a member of the Audit Committee of Thimar Holding Company. Mr. Khalid Khashoggi is currently the Managing Director of Saudi Cable Company and a member of the Executive Committee, a member of the Board of Directors of Midal Cables Company in Bahrain, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thimar Holding Company, and the Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee of Thimar Company. He is also a partner and an Executive Board Member of Caline Financial Company, a partner and a member of the Board of Directors of Madar Al Yaqeen Holding Company, and the owner of Al Fursan Tourism Establishment. Mr. Khaled Khashogji holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Templeton University in New York, and has attended advanced courses in management, finance and strategic planning inside and outside the Kingdom.
