National Industrialization Co. Announces Resignation and Appointment of a Board Member 2060 TASNEE 1.31 % 1443/02/21     28/09/2021 15:56:30 Introduction The National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) announces the resignation of the Member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Ibrahim bin Ali Al-Qadi. He submitted his resignation on 19/Safar/1443 Hijri (September 26, 2021), and accordingly the resignation was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors by a circular resolution on September 28, 2021, provided that the resignation shall take effect from the date of its approval by the Board. Under the Resolution of the Board of Directors indicated above, Eng. Mutlaq bin Hamad Al-Morished has been also appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors as replacement for the resigned member, Mr. Ibrahim bin Ali Al-Qadi, until the end of the current session of the Board on July 5, 2022. Be noted that the approval of the Board is not final and this appointment will be submitted to the General Assembly of Shareholders at its first meeting to pass its resolution on this matter. In this regard, the Chairman and members of the Board would like to extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ibrahim bin Ali Al-Qadi for his efforts during his term of membership in the Board.
