Leejam Sports Company “Fitness Time” announces the resignation of a Board Member 1830 LEEJAM SPORTS 0.06 % 1440/06/08     13/02/2019 08:01:01 Introduction Leejam Sports Company “Fitness Time” announces that Dr. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Barrak, Chairman of the Board of Directors (Non-Executive), resigned from his post on 12/02/2019 due to personal reasons. The Board accepted his resignation on 12/02/2019 and it is effective from the date of acceptance, bringing to an end his term which commenced on 10/12/2018. The Board of Directors of the Company extends its thanks and appreciation to Dr. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Barrak for the outstanding role and valuable efforts during his term in office, where he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Based on the responsibilities of the Board of Directors and in compliance with paragraph 10 of Article 22 of the company’s bylaw, the Vice Chairman Mr. Ali Hamad Al-Saqri is appointed as interim Chairman of the Board of Director.
