AlWaleed has been serving as a Vice President in Seera Group since 2016 and was actively involved the transformation program of the Group having played a key role in defining the revised strategy that was announced dated 04-24-1445 (corresponding to 8th of November,2023) Mr. AlWaleed Abdulaziz Al Nasser possesses a wealth of experience exceeding 20 years, characterized by notable achievements in leadership, management, strategic planning, risk management, and corporate governance. Throughout his professional journey, he has held numerous managerial and advisory roles, while also serving on the board of directors for several companies. In 2016, AlWaleed joined Seera Group, where he played a crucial role in the group's strategic transformation and facilitating its ongoing growth trajectory. He also made significant contributions to enhancing the management and governance of the Group towards key stakeholders such as shareholders, the Board of Directors, and committees. His extensive practical experience has been complemented by a diverse range of academic and professional qualifications. He holds a bachelor's degree from the faculty of law and political science at King Saud University, as well as a master's degree in law from the University of Florida. Furthermore, he has successfully completed numerous executive and administrative programs. In his new mission, AlWaleed will work alongside leadership in the group to execute the announced strategy.
