The reasons for resignation to its own circumstances, and advancing the Company Board sincere thanks and appreciation D. Bandar Talat Hussen Hamooh on the unique role and participation of the valuable and effective through his membership . The Board also approved on 14 June 2016 the appointment of Engineer Mohammed Ahmed Khalawi Mowkley (Independent member) , substitute for resigning member from 14 June 2016 until the end of the current session and is not considered as a final approval by the Board to be presented This appointment to the General Assembly of the Company at its first meeting for approval , and It should be noted that Engineer Mohamed Ahmed Khalawi Mowkley holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering in the year (1997) from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, He holds an executive certificate in the strategies and creativity from MIT University in United States and has held several leadership positions in several companies inside the Kingdom , and has expertise for more than 19 years in the industrial field and projects business development companies and management and reduce costs.
