Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group announces the Appointment of Board Member 1213 NASEEJ -0.42 % 1439/02/04     24/10/2017 15:28:07 Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group announces that the Company Board has approved (by circulation) on 24 October 2017 the appointment of Mr. Nader Rashed Mohammed Al Nasser as an (Independent member) in the Board of Directors , starting from 24 October 2017 till the end of the current session on 15 July 2018 , to replace the seat of Mr. Faisal Mostafa Rasheed Alkordi (Independent member) , the BODs approval over this appointment is not final , this appointment will be presented to the General Assembly of the Company at its first coming meeting for approval .Noting that Mr. Nader Rashed Al Nasser was the Managing Director (CEO) of Saudi Transportation and Investment Company (Batic) from 2012 to 2016, he also held various leadership positions and has an experience and proven achievements in different public listed and private companies by developing strategies, determining opportunities, merger and acquisitions, operations management, and analysis of local and international markets, he holds bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the American Intercontinental University (Los Angeles) in USA.
