Saudi Home Loans Co. Announces Resignation of a Board Member 1183 SHL 0.14 % 1443/12/07     06/07/2022 15:45:52 Introduction The Saudi Home Loans Company announced the Resolution of the Board of Directors No: (6 – 2022) passed by circulation, accepting the resignation of Mr. Ahmed Al Sheikh, Independent member, from the Board of Directors of the Company. The reasons of the resignation that Mr. Ahmed will be engaged in new position which might affect his independency as Company Board member. The Chairman and Board members wish him all the best in his new position. Further, the Board will act to appoint an independent member is the vacant seat before the expiration of the current Board Term, and if this is not possible, the Board will continue with its current membership until the announcement for the nomination of the new Board Term that will start as from 28th November 2022. The Board will announce in due course the name of the substituted member to be nominated in the vacant seat after obtaining the approval as per Regulations.
