Arab National Bank Announces Resignation of a Board Member and Appointment of aNew Board Member 1080 ANB 0.27 % 1437/02/26     08/12/2015 15:58:19 Arab National Bank announces that its board of directors passed a resolution at a board meeting held on 26 /02/1437 H corresponding to 08/12/2015 G appointing Mr. Ahmed Ben Wazae Al Gahtani (Non-Executive Member) to the board of directors of Arab National Bank and Representative of GOSI with effect from 01/01/2016 G, to replace board member, Mr. Nader Hassan Al Amri (Non-Executive Member) who resigned from his job with GOSI and submitted his resignation from the board of directors of the bank on 08/12/2015 G which was accepted by the board on the same day, with effect from 01-01-2016 G. Appointment of the new board member will be presented to the next Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for ratification. It is worth mentioning that Mr. Ahmed Ben Wazea Al Gahtani is an employee of Hasanah Investment Company, a subsidiary of GOSI, He holds a B.Sc. in Finance from King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals, and is experienced in banking and investment. The board chairman and members expressed their sincere thanks, gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Al Amri for his valuable and effective contributions during his tenure as a serving member on the Board and Board-committees, and welcomed Mr. Ahmed Al Gahtani to the board, wishing him success and prosperity.
